MOUs - Memorandums of Understanding
General Information
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal, signed agreement that serves as an addendum to the collective bargaining agreement, addressing significant issues that emerged during the term of the agreement. In the context of labor relations, MOUs are used to formalize agreements between unions and management, covering a range of working conditions and benefits.
