General Information
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (Management) and the National Federaton of Federal Employees (NFFE), Forest Service Council (Union), hereafter "the Parties" collectively, documents the Parties' full and final agreement on procedures to be used in transioning from the 2019 to the 2024 Master Agreement (MA).
